Winner Piping undertake modular pipework fabrication and installation services for commercial and industrial applications.
Stainless Steel Prefabricated Spools
Winner Piping undertake all types of regular spool pipework fabrication and installation including replacement of existing pipework in older facilities
Stainless Steel Modular Pipework
Winner Piping are specialists in the fabrication of modular pipework for commercial and industrial applications.
We can arrange for full design assistance and detailing to be carried out for the modularisation of complex pipework systems. Our large drawing office is perfectly suited for client meetings and reviews of technical drawings. We can also undertake full structural calculations for modular components and skids.
Stainless Steel Welded Steel Fabrications
Winner Piping undertake all types of welded fabrications for a wide range of applications predominantly for industrial and construction applications. Welded fabrications can be undertaken to almost any size and finished to customer specification in all stainless steel.
Stainless Steel Steel Pipework
Winner Piping undertake all types of steel pipework on pipework upto Ø600mm including carbon steel pipework to customer specification including modular, skid assemblies and spools.
Steel pipework is used for a wide range of general applications including water, steam, gas, and process engineering applications. Specific applications include:
• Heating Water Systems
• Cooling Water Systems
• Dry Risers
• Fire Mains
• Drainage & Effluent Systems
All types of welding can be undertaken including metal inert gas welding (MIG), tungsten inert gas welding (TIG), electric arc welding, silver soldering and brazing to suit the application.
All types of ancillary equipment can be integrated in line with customer specification such as valves, gates, gauges and relief valves.
Steel pipework can be provided with a range of surface treatments including painting, galvanising, powder coating, and priming etc.
Stainless Steel Pipework
Winner Piping do undertake a small amount of stainless steel pipework fabrication including both spools, modular and skid work. Stainless steel is more commonly used for food processing applications and other quality demanding applications such as specialty chemicals, pharmaceutical, and distilling. Stainless steel is also often used in aggressive environments such as tanneries where carbon steel easily corrodes. Thin wall stainless steel pipework for hygienic applications can be carried out to customer specification.
Heating & Cooling Pipework
We can work all types of pipework for heating and cooling of commercial and industrial applications including hot/chilled water (including radiant tube systems), refrigerants, gas and hot/chilled air.
All types of pipework can be installed including lagged and insulated. Whilst we do not install heat exchange or air handling equipment, we work for companies that do, providing all supporting pipework requirements.
Typical examples of heating & cooling pipework undertaken include campus halls of residence, public buildings, hoteliers, restaurateurs and industrial facilities.
Heat tracing can also be undertaken where sensitive thresholds must be maintained such as specialist gas systems like cryogenics as well as external pipework exposed to the risk of frost etc.
Gas pipework direct to boilers can also be undertaken. We have years of experience in this sector at all levels and are a Gas Safe Registered company.
We can also assist in the design and undertake manufacture & installation of pipework for combined heat and power systems including hydrant and gas mains installation based systems, oil-gas-solid fuel, and steam.
Stainless Steel Steam Pipework
Winner Piping can work all types of dry & superheated steam pipework for a variety of commercial and industrial applications including boiler houses to BS 806 standards. Systems can include condensate lines, steam injection valves, de-superheaters, separators and other ancillary equipment pre-assembled for quick onsite installation.
Thin walled stainless steel pipework for high purity steam can also be undertaken.
We can also assist in the design of bellows for expansion including anchors and pipe supports.
Pipe material is generally carbon steel to ANSI B 16.9 A106 as standard with condensate lines optionally in copper although any material can be used to customer specification. Specialist steam pipeline alloys with chromium and molybdenum alloying can be used for high temperature superheated steam mains.
All Pipes, valves, separators, strainers, fittings, etc can be supplied and installed to customer specification.
